365jobs is designed to help BC employers avoid the high costs associated with the seasonal hiring of tourism and hospitality workers. With a focus on employers with fewer than 50 employees, 365jobs is a Seasonal Employee Exchange Program intended to ensure your seasonal staffing requirements are met.
How 365jobs can work for you?
By registering as a New Employer your information will be automatically downloaded into our program database. Upon receipt of your registration, one of our staff will contact you directly within 48 hours to further discuss your company’s staffing requirements and to determine how 365jobs can help match you with qualified and interested candidates.
Matching Process
365jobs is not a job board, so you will not be inundated with resumes from individuals who may or may not be suitable for your vacancy. Instead, our experienced recruitment staff will personally source candidates from our extensive internal database and, using a variety of pre-screening tools, will ensure that you are sent resumes for a reasonable short-list of well-qualified individuals, which you can consider at your leisure and select from for interviews.
All short-listed candidates will have completed an extensive psychometric assessment which highlights job suitability through an evaluation of abilities, interests and personality traits. Assessment outcomes are compared to position benchmarks (i.e., the position you are looking to fill) and the results included for your review.
Working closely with you throughout the recruitment process, we can also arrange interviews with selected candidates and provide follow-up as required.
Placement
Our job does not stop once your vacancy is filled. We follow-up with both the employer and new employee to ensure that the initial stages of employment are going well and to address any concerns or questions that may arise.
